This is my response to our dear friend "Chris," who is being so thoughtful and trusting to let us rent his house while away in Africa.
I thought that since I don't think he's reading or understanding my email, I would respond to his email as closely as he wrote to me.
"Chris,
THanks for your reply, we are veryy willingness in this rent. Thank you for deciding to les us live in your house. I'm glad that you have found our application very setisfactry and accpable by your family. We promise to take good care of the house so that you might be glad when moving to the house at the November 27th 2008. because you find our application accepted. We are ready to rent the house now, and because of your advice to a responsible person like me to be able to afford a Security deposit of a two month upfront rent fee now to secure the property because many people have been comming to you in respect of the house. Will you email me a Lease Agreement form which I will fill and sign and send it back to you? THen I will be glad that you like to send the following document to me via the Fedex courier service to the address I send to you and the tracking number will be sent to me so that we can possible occupy your house.
Please, Chris, you can trust me. I won't dissappoint you, I promise you that I will love the house. The address which you will be sending the keys and the document to is 544 Nt. Real St., West Valley City, Utah, 84119.
My husband Xantar will be calling you shortly so you can forward on how to make the payment and your payment information.
