More joys of living in WVC

As I was leaving for work this morning, a lady who lives in my building was pacing outside on the sidewalk talking on the phone. When I got down to the ground level, she came up to me, bawling. Her car was stolen last night. She called the police and they were coming so she could fill out a police report so she could file a claim with her insurance. On top of it all, her english is not very good, and her husband, who speaks better english, is in Mexico visiting family. Cursed criminals.
